Why is the water bill so expensive in this town? It’s more than my electric bill. Is their water made of gold???? This town likes to scam people because they don’t make as much money since a lot of people have private wells! I’ve been paying $500 for the past 4 months and our household doesn’t even use that much water, we calculated it. Check your meters guys don’t let these City people bully you into paying a lot!

Very disappointed with water and sewer service in Seminole tX !!! I forgot to pay my bill for the first time in 11 years cuz of circumstance my husband had major surgery so it had been a very hard month. Water was turned off and It hit me that the bill was not December’s it was November So I immediately called and talked to one of the workers which was very nice!!! I explained what I did and paid my bill but asked about the connection fee which is 25 dollars extra and she said since my record is perfect and have not been late on my bill she would talk to manager to wave the fee. Of course it didn’t happened !! No compassion shown !!! One would think after being a costumer and a good one, one would get a break!!!! Sad sad!!!!

Was out of town for business. Upon my return I found I had no water because the city decided to turn it off early due to 3 day holiday weekend. Was spoken to like I was a "deadbeat" when I called to pay and get reconnected on the following monday after a long, dirty weekend. Guess it was the city of Seminole's way of rubbing my nose in it. Too bad medical providers can't treat their patients the same way.

Vanguard did a jam up job drilling a well for a client of ours. Guys were knowledgeable when asked question about drilling process and materials being used. Completion work on well was done very neatly.

Agua Dulce is a company I can say knows their field and will do the leg work to get it done correctly from testing to install. I can't say enough about how great the customer service is and how patient they were from start to finish. Ron and his coworker are awesome. I had a leak under concrete slab. They came in here found it hit right on the spot and repaired the water leak fast and amazing. I will recommend them 100%.

Shower was stopped up & was backing up both toilets. Came to fix it charged me 165.00 had to recall them within a hour after so called repair. Shower was never unclogged had to recall them again a couple days later still clogged. Had to call them back again almost a week later said they would come The next day. Waited all day on them, they never showed up or called me back. Very poor service! I will never use them again & I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone!!
